Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or product launches. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

All orders ship from our fulfillment facility in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

Delivery
Orders are shipped via a standard carrier. Delivery timeframes begin once the order has shipped. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Midnight Agenda is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Address Requirements
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Midnight Agenda is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Midnight Agenda is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the carrier. For items damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.

Multiple-Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items will ship together once all items are available. We do not split shipments at this time.

International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping will be added in the future.
