Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

We accept returns on all products except items marked as Final Sale.

Eligible Returns
If your item is eligible for return, please email us at magoodsllc@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Midnight Agenda is not responsible for lost or misdelivered return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at magoodsllc@gmail.com. Include photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or card provider. If further assistance is needed, contact us at magoodsllc@gmail.com.

Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
